Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in change planning and strategy, enterprise change management, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a critical role in guiding our clients through change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.
- Enterprise Change Management/CMO: Collaborate with Change Management Offices to design frameworks, tools, and methodologies that promote consistent and scalable practices.
- Change Impact & Readiness Assessment: Conduct assessments to evaluate the impact of change initiatives on stakeholders, processes, and systems; prepare readiness evaluations to mitigate risks.
- Sponsorship & Leadership Planning: Partner with leadership to create sponsorship strategies, equip leaders to champion change, and foster alignment across teams.
- Communications Strategy & Planning: Design and execute tailored communication plans to ensure transparency, engagement, and alignment throughout the change journey.
- Training Assessment, Planning and Design: Assess training needs, develop learning strategies, and design and facilitate training programs to build capabilities essential for the successful adoption of change.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management consulting, ideally in large-scale or enterprise-level environments.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that ensure content accuracy and deliver desired outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
- Experience in a variety of industries or global environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
Pay Transparency
Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.
- Base Salary Range is $87,500 to $120,000 plus15% variable compensation is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.
- During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively
- Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
- Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap’s physical office locations
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
