We are seeking a talented professional to help clients elevate organizational and human performance by pushing the boundaries of technology. You will be an important founding member of our Strategy and Advisory practice and a critical contributor to envisioning and creating new capabilities that combine proven methods with innovative solutions to deliver differentiated offerings and outcomes.  The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in management consulting and organizational change methods and tools and designing and implementing related initiatives and interventions. This role will collaborate with functional and technical Lantern colleagues to help clients navigate complex challenges, unlock the power of Artificial Intelligence and drive meaningful change. Vision, inspiration, an appetite for impact, and a sense of adventure are essential for this role.   
  • Proven track record designing and leading organizational effectiveness - organizational change management, strategic communications and learning - projects. 
  • Experience creating and customizing human-centered design solutions to enhance organizational performance and collaboration.  
  • Ability to identify and understand client needs and opportunities, solve problems, innovate and collaborate. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with stakeholders across a broad spectrum of functions and seniority levels. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required; advanced degree preferred. 
  • 10+ years of relevant organizational effectiveness experience.  
  • 6+ years of management consulting experience.  
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience in organizational change methods and tools.  
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile project environment.  
  • Proficient user of modern workplace tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office and Power BI.  
  • Background in Microsoft technologies from one or more of the following practices is preferred:  
  • Modern Work (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot)  
  • Business Analytics (Power BI, Fabric)  
  • Intelligent Applications (custom applications)  
  • Ability to participate in occasional in-person client and internal meetings is required; anticipated travel for this role is 20%.
