You will work closely with customers enrolled in the Continuous Success Package, guiding them through best practices, troubleshooting, and training to maximize their use of Prophix. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a finance background, and a passion for customer engagement.

What You Will Do


  • Support customers in adopting and optimizing Prophix, ensuring they fully leverage its features.
  • Provide best practice recommendations and model design guidance to enhance customer workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions and enablement programs to improve product proficiency.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, performance testing, and solution testing.
  • Create and maintain knowledge-based content, including written guides and video tutorials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer experience initiatives and improve engagement.
  • Work on internal projects as directed by leadership to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to support ongoing product adoption.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by proactively engaging and ensuring a seamless experience.

Required Qualifications


  • Post-secondary education in Computing, Business, or Finance/Accounting.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer support, consulting, or financial software.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Microsoft SQL Server, and Windows Server.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support customer needs.
  • Confidence in interfacing with all levels of an organization.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts (e.g., planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with remote assistance technology.
  • Software implementation or experience working with FP&A/ERP solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
