We are seeking a highly motivated and Certified Workday HCM Senior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to implement, configure, and optimize Workday HCM solutions, helping organizations streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and drive business results. You will leverage your expertise in Workday HCM to support system configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting, while providing expert guidance to internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities


  • Support the configuration and implementation of Workday HCM modules, ensuring that client requirements are met and best practices are followed.
  • Partner with clients to gather business requirements, translate them into Workday configuration solutions, and ensure the system is fully aligned with their HR processes.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and updates for Workday HCM.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients to resolve any system issues or configuration challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure smooth integration and implementation of Workday solutions.
  • Perform system audits, data analysis, and ongoing process improvements to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure clients are able to fully leverage Workday functionality.
  • Develop documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials for Workday configurations and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements in Workday, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams.
  • Assist with system upgrades and release management, ensuring that new features and functionalities are tested and deployed efficiently.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure clients are satisfied with their Workday HCM solutions and that issues are resolved promptly.

Desired Experience and Skills


  • Workday implementer certification(s) REQUIRED.
  • Workday HCM Certification (Core HCM, Talent, or other related modules).
  • Strong understanding of Workday’s HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and more.
  • Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and data validation to ensure Workday configurations meet business requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive project outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations and experience working with integration teams is a plus.

Pay Transparency


Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.• Base Salary Range is $75,000 - 90,000 plus 10% variable compensation is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.*During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.
