We’re looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Marketing Automation Manager to join our organization and be responsible for designing, implementing and managing marketing automation systems and workflows to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business growth. Ideal candidates will be sales, marketing and tech-savvy with analytical skills as well as a drive to achieve results efficiently and effectively through processes, tools and data.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage our marketing/sales technology infrastructure including CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Pardot), data management tools (ZoomInfo/RingLead and Sales Navigator), reporting tools (PowerBI), website tools (GA4) and selling tools (Sales Engagement)
  • Monitor and manage third-party partners and vendors (data providers, etc.) to ensure successful relationships
  • Collaborate with our IT team to develop, publish and maintain KPI dashboards and reports and analytics procedures
  • Create and maintain reports on marketing and sales activities, campaign effectiveness and business impact
  • Analyze and measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Monitor marketing campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
  • Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs and apply proper hypothesis testing
  • Conduct preparation and analysis associated with annual planning activities
  • Present analysis and findings to a variety of audiences
  • Perform regular maintenance on database and systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Ensure the CRM database is up to date
  • Manage the generation, validation and prioritization of contact lists
  • Ensure marketing automation platforms comply with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Select and manage third party contractors/consultants to ensure their work meets acceptable quality standards and that they bring projects in on-time and on-budget
  • Train users on Salesforce and Pardot best practices related to their specific roles

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience utilizing data and analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree with solid academic achievement/or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software, CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Pardot, & PowerBI)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SQL skills a plus
  • Good business acumen and a curiosity and willingness to stay updated on industry trends and technologies
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the day-to-day operational needs of the business
  • Quantitative and general problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000; bonus eligibleEEO Employer. Required Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no current or future restrictions or visa sponsorship necessary. TN visa accepted.Salary DescriptionSalary Range: $100,000 – $125,000; bonus eligible
