This is not just a career—it's a chance to shape the future of hospitality, making data work for the industry, not the other way around.As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling Otelier’s solutions through our established channel partner ecosystem. This role requires a strong sales-driven mindset, with the ability to engage, pitch, and close deals with hotel brands, technology partners, and resellers. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of SaaS sales experience within the hospitality technology sector, with a deep understanding of the hotel technology landscape and partner-driven sales models.

Responsibilities


  • Carry and exceed a sales quota by selling Otelier’s SaaS solutions into established channel partners.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue through hotel brands, resellers, and technology partners.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to create compelling value propositions for channel partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales performance and manage partner engagements.
  • Stay up to date with hospitality technology trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Represent Otelier at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and drive brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of SaaS sales experience within the hospitality technology sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in a channel-driven sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality technology and experience selling to hotel brands, technology providers, or resellers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and track sales performance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and attend industry events.

This position offers a base compensation range of $65,000 to $100,000. This range represents the potential compensation for this role, with actual pay varying based on factors such as the location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
