  • CRM Maintenance & Data Integrity – Ensure HubSpot remains a reliable source of truth by managing data hygiene, deduplication, and overall system organization.
  • Workflow & Automation Management – Build, optimize, and troubleshoot workflows, sequences, and automation to improve efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Success.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Support – Assist in creating, maintaining, and refining reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for revenue teams.
  • User Support & Enablement – Serve as the first line of support for CRM users, troubleshooting issues, managing permissions, and ensuring best practices.
  • CRM Optimization & Scalability – Identify and implement system improvements to ensure the CRM evolves with business needs.
  • Data Imports & Management – Assist with importing, cleaning, and structuring data to improve accuracy in reporting and decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to understand operational pain points and implement CRM solutions.
  • Integration Support – Assist in managing HubSpot integrations with third-party tools to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
