This isn’t just another engineering role—it's an opportunity to drive real business impact.You'll lead a team that powers hundreds of critical integrations, designing and maintaining the robust infrastructure behind them. From day one, you'll operate with a WIN ("Whatever It Needs") mindset and take full end-to-end (E2E) ownership of your domain and customers' commitments with direct communication.

You'll break down tough technical challenges, explore smart solutions, and guide your team toward delivering them at production scale.But it doesn't stop at code. Apply if you have:
- Advanced English Language Skills
- At least 5 years as a Backend Engineer (1+ years in Python)
- At least 3 years of experience as a team leader, combining both people management and technical leadership responsibilities.
- High Problem-solving skills
- Experience with Linux (basics)
- Enjoy working closely with customers
It will be considered a plus:
- API knowledge (SQL, REST, SOAP)
- Experience with technology such as Celery, Redis, Docker, MongoDB, and Cloud environments
- Experience with other operating systems
- Experience working with global teams and customers worldwide.
