ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers a portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As an Order Entry Associate, you will be responsible for checking and verifying orders and providing status updates to customers. This position requires a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: $18 - $20 an hour.
What will you be doing?
- Verify and enter orders into the system.
- Process release paperwork.
- Verify and manage customer information.
- Review existing orders entered through accounting systems.
- Make adjustments and changes specified by the sales team or region.
- Communicate and problem solve with dispatch staff and other departments.
- Provide phone coverage and route calls to appropriate staff.
- Complete and update all order system work assignments in an efficient and accurate method.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of Excel a plus
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Intermediate-level data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and assume responsibility.
- Personal responsibility to manage change.
