The Agora Companies is seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Media Buyer to join their team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through digital media channels while building and managing affiliate marketing programs. This role requires a combination of strategic media buying expertise and affiliate relationship management skills to maximize customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Partnership Management

Develop and grow the affiliate marketing program by recruiting new affiliate partners.
Negotiate affiliate advertising agreements and monitor affiliate practices for compliance.
Implement incentive programs and performance contests to enhance affiliate engagement.
Provide monthly payout information and regular campaign performance updates to affiliate partners.
Work closely with compliance, legal, and leadership teams to ensure affiliate marketing aligns with company guidelines.
Analyze affiliate data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Media Buying

Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across display, native, social & email channels.
Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to develop engaging ad content that drives conversions.
Analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
Identify new opportunities for scaling customer acquisition across channels.
Maintain strong relationships with media partners and platform representatives.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Experience managing self-serve advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) preferred
Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., TUNE, CAKE, Everflow, Clickbank) is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in direct response marketing preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience and qualifications
