Seeking a Grading & Paving Construction Superintendent in Las Vegas. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site operations related to grading and paving activities.
This role ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage daily on-site construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and supervising grading and paving crews to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols in line with OSHA standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure that work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and labor, optimizing resource utilization.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and schedules.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, manage budgets effectively, and handle change orders as necessary.
