ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Digital Media Specialist to play a key role in executing high-impact digital media campaigns for our clients. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in building, trafficking, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital platforms and media channels. You’ll also contribute to strategic planning, performance analysis, and reporting to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure seamless campaign execution by trafficking creative assets through ad-serving platforms and vendor placements.
- Maintain budget accuracy by tracking, reviewing, and managing media campaign budgets and pacing.
- Drive campaign success by building and optimizing search, social, display, pre-roll, and other digital media campaigns.
- Deliver data-driven insights by assisting in client reporting and performance analysis.
- Enhance marketing performance by setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking in media platforms and analytics tools.
- Improve team efficiency by contributing to internal documentation of tracking and execution processes.
- Stay ahead of trends by researching emerging media tactics, platforms, and industry insights.
- Support traditional media planning by assisting in the creation of schedules.
- Contribute to strategic buying by assisting with media negotiations and procurement for client campaigns.
- Develop media strategies for small-budget agency clients, gaining hands-on planning experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of media experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in key media platforms, including: Google Ads, Paid Social (including Meta), and Google Campaign Manager
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, formulas).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of media concepts and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, last-minute requests, and constant change.
