This role requires that employees will be available to work in an office with the potential for occasional hybrid or remote work. Our team helps regional and community banks offer interest rate hedging solutions to their commercial borrowers. Success in the role requires a foundational knowledge of financial markets with strong interpersonal skills. Experience with banking and financial markets is ideal, but we do not expect candidates to have a deep understanding of derivatives. Training and support will be provided as needed. This is a great opportunity to build a career in financial markets at a smaller organization where your work will have a direct impact on clients and the success of the firm.
