Position: Leasing Specialist for Sycamore at Tyvola – Charlotte, NC
Role Overview
As a Leasing Specialist for Sycamore at Tyvola, you will work at a fast pace to lease beautiful apartment homes in a very competitive market. In addition, you will deliver after-sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents. Most Important Responsibilities
- Sales focused. Strong lead management to be able to convert leads to tours and tours to residents.
- Create and conduct fun events for the residents on a regular basis.
- Deliver great customer service to your current residents.
- Follow up with prospects. Consistent follow-ups are one of the most valuable acts for anyone in a sales role.
- Product and market knowledge. Understand our product and be able to articulate its value in the market.
- Collaborate with your team. Understand the unique needs of prospects and residents to determine the best solution.
Most Important Qualifications
- Ability to sell in a competitive market.
- Previous Leasing experience is required, including social media marketing and planning resident events.
- Yardi exp a plus!
- Must be willing to work at least two Saturdays per month, occasionally Sundays if office needs to open due to market demand (still enjoy 2 days off per week/40 hour schedule).
- Self-motivation and drive. Quick on your feet with a good work ethic.
- Strong multitasker, excellent communication skills.
- People skills. Ability to have conversations with prospects and to listen to their real needs, so you can build rapport and trust.
- Vehicle, driver’s license.
