Job Overview:
In this dual-role position, you will be front and center for driving organizational change across a rapidly growing firm. By crafting and delivering an effective communications strategy, you will drive awareness and stickiness for operational enhancements across the organization. Through this role, you will have access to the cross-functional leaders which will allow you to grow your skills across multiple disciplines. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management plans for business initiatives
- Assess organizational impacts of changes
- Manage risks associated with change, escalating complex issues as needed
- Support workshops and training to support employee adoption
- Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, reporting outcomes to senior team members
- Create and deliver clear, engaging messages for various stakeholders
- Handle daily communication tasks (e.g., emails, intranet updates)
- Collaborate with senior leaders on communication strategies for major projects
- Ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all channels
- Assist in planning project activities and setting timelines
- Track progress and deliverables using tools like Trello or Asana
- Manage minor risks and issues, escalating significant problems as needed
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in change management, communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of change management principles (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s model)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at various levels
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts and tools
- Emotional intelligence and adaptability for handling sensitive situations
- Demonstrable ability to create and refine polished, professional communications
- Certifications like Prosci, ACMP, CAPM, or PMP
- Experience in fast-paced or dynamic environments
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
