About the Role
The Personal Assistant & Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and overseeing general office operations. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment, has exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and maintains a high level of urgency & discretion.
How you'll spend your time:
- Handle all personal requests made by CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee office operations and ensure a productive and organized work environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless office functionality (be able to lift at least 30 lbs.)
- Coordinate office events, team gatherings, and executive offsites as needed.
- Handle personal errands, reservations, and ad-hoc tasks as required by the CEO.
- Maintain an organized approach to managing the CEO’s personal and professional priorities.
We're excited about you if you have:
- 0–3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or support role (internships welcome)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal teams and external partners
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with common office tools (Microsoft Office, calendars, email, and basic document management)
- Reliable, professional, and discreet with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

$50,000 - $60,000 a yearThis role offers a base salary only compensation structure.
