In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of transforming a software application into a completed product by providing comprehensive sales support in a variety of functions.

 A Business Solutions Engineer must possess the ability to take a concept from inception to conclusion - from strategy to implementation and to analyze business needs.

What You’ll Do:


  • Be the Bridge Between Concept & Execution – As a Business Solutions Engineer, you’ll be involved in every aspect of transforming a software application into a completed product by providing comprehensive sales support. You’ll take a concept from inception to completion—from strategy to implementation—analyzing business needs and ensuring our solutions exceed expectations.
  • Lead Engaging Product Demos – Deliver high-impact presentations via phone, web, and onsite meetings to showcase how our solutions solve real business challenges.
  • Customize & Configure – Tailor the Galaxy solution to fit unique business needs, ensuring a seamless demo experience for large prospect opportunities.
  • Train & Empower – Educate internal teams and international resellers on the latest features and functionalities, equipping them with the tools to succeed.
  • Own the Spotlight – Spearhead webinars, develop engaging PowerPoint presentations, create compelling demo scripts, and take on the role of presenter.
  • Support Sales & Proposals – Assist in crafting winning proposals (RFPs, RFIs, ITTs), providing expert insights to secure key deals.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve – Attend meetings and sprint reviews to remain up to date on the latest developments and innovations. 
  • Showcase Our Solutions on a Global Stage – Travel for trade shows, user group meetings, and onsite reseller training to demonstrate the power of our platform.

  • Gateway Product Knowledge – You have experience working with Gateway Ticketing Systems' Galaxy suite of products.
  • Operational Experience – You worked or supported attractions or non-profit organizations.
  • A Strategic Mindset – You can analyze business needs and take projects from strategy to implementation.
  • Tech-Savvy & Business-Minded – You understand software solutions and love helping businesses unlock their full potential.
  • A Natural Presenter – You thrive in front of an audience and make complex solutions easy to understand.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – You manage multiple tasks efficiently without missing a beat.
  • An Expert Communicator – Whether it’s in person, over the phone, or via email, your messaging is always clear and impactful.
  • CRM, Loopio, & Office 365 Guru – You navigate CRM tools and Microsoft Office like a pro. You are familiar with Loopio.
