After the 6-month contract, exceptional performance could open the door to a full-time opportunity. As a Recruiter you’ll help us attract, hire and retain top talent across the globe.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
- Full-cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical roles across the organization
- Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to design and execute effective hiring strategies
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and interviewing teams on interviewing best practices
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing strategies
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience through attentive management and communication
- Report on key recruiting metrics and utilize them to drive changes in processes and reveal insights
- Participate in major improvement projects to upgrade our hiring infrastructure
What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):
- Passion for all things recruiting
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or startup environment
- Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders to build out effective, efficient and inclusive processes
- Track record closing candidates & educating them on the value of compensation packages that include stock options
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and follow-through, both internally and externally
- A data driven approach to hiring & experience using data to back up assumptions to iterate & improve hiring processes
Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bitcoin experience as a user and/or recruiter
- Experience hiring for remote-first teams, both domestic and internationally
- Open Source recruiting experience
