The main goal of the Global Growth Data team is to provide data-driven insights and flows to optimize Heetch’s expansion efforts. Our focus is on understanding and enhancing growth performance across all markets through data visualisations, flow management, and strategic recommendations.What will be your roleAs the Lead Growth Data Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Growth Data team. You will ensure the effective management of data pipelines, visualization, and analytics to support growth initiatives.
Additionally, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to a team of analysts, while working closely with senior leadership, Growth, and Marketing teams.Our ValuesMake it happen: we get things doneThink different: we challenge, create, exploreBe kind: we lift each other upPlay for the team: because the ride is better togetherWhat will you do?As a Lead Growth Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:- Team Leadership & Management: Leading and mentoring a team of Growth Data Analysts, setting objectives, and ensuring their professional development.- Growth Data Visualisation: Ensuring the creation of high-quality dashboards and reports to provide insights to the Growth and Marketing team.- Performance Analysis: Leading efforts to track key acquisition and CRM metrics, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of growth campaigns.- Strategic Insights & Decision Making: Conducting advanced statistical analyses to inform growth strategies and optimise acquisition and retention efforts.- Data Pipeline Management: Overseeing data extraction, transformation, and storage from platforms such as Google Ads Analytics, Apple Search Analytics, Adjust, and Firebase.- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure smooth data integration and reporting.- Process Improvement: Establishing best practices for data governance, automation, and analytics frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.Does it sound like you?- 5+ years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably in growth analytics or business intelligence.- Proven experience leading and managing a team of analysts.- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data management.- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.- Experience with acquisition marketing is preferable.- Fluent in English (Knowing French as well would be a bonus)- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.- Ability to work autonomously while fostering a strong team environment.Bonus: Experience in digital marketing analytics and familiarity with Heetch.Working at Heetch means 🎉:Health Insurance 🏥: Sanitas (50% covered)Lunch Vouchers 🍽️: Cobee (90€/month)Transport 🚋 & Remote Compensation 🏠: 20€ and 30€ per month, respectivelyA great work environment 🌟: Free fruits, snacks, coffee, and tea every dayEvents 🎉: At least 1 event each month🌈 Ride with Pride at Heetch 🌍 We’re all about building a diverse, inclusive team where everyone feels safe, seen and celebrated.
