About the Role
The Temporary. Part Time as Needed Implementation Admin will execute specific software tasks within the Pushpay product suite. The right individual is detail oriented, responsible, and thorough. Ranked number 10 by Seattle Business Magazine in the ‘Washington’s 100 Best Companies to Work For’ list in the large companies category for 2024; and named as one of BuiltIn ‘Best Places to Work’ in Seattle, Denver and Dallas for 2025.
- Compensation Range: $25 an hour, Temporary/Part Time As Needed
The following states are approved as remote work locations for this position: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NY, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WA. All other states are not in consideration for this role at this time.
What You'll Do
- Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Execute administrative tasks for financial record keeping and software site configuration.
- Respond to customers to confirm completion of administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
What You'll Bring
- Well-organized and strong work ethic.
- Precise attention to detail with task execution.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proactive task management.
- Desire to work in a startup environment, with proactive mindset and minimum need for supervision.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Experience with Pushpay Giving software preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent client relationships.
- Excellent eye for detail – ability to create accurate and high quality pieces of work.
