Leveraging your expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Product-Led Growth (PLG) techniques, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global demand generation strategy.

Vancouver (hybrid) or Canada (remote)
Salary Range (base and variable):  C$130-165K OTE

You will:


  • Develop and Execute Global Demand Generation Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business objectives, leveraging ABM and PLG methodologies. Drive top-of-funnel growth, lead acquisition, and engagement across diverse markets.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns to engage key accounts and decision-makers. Collaborate with sales teams to align ABM efforts with sales objectives and pipeline targets.
  • Product-Led Growth (PLG): Implement and optimize PLG strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. Work closely with product teams to align PLG initiatives with product roadmaps and enhancements.
  • Pipeline Analysis and Reporting: Proficiently analyze demand generation pipelines, providing timely reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness. Utilize data insights to manage risks, enhance lead quality and optimize overall performance.
  • Omni-Channel Marketing: Oversee omni-channel marketing programs, including digital advertising, workshops, webinars, emails, tradeshows, events, etc. Develop integrated campaigns that maximize brand visibility across various channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Leads the relationship with Sales and customer success to ensure seamless integration of demand generation efforts across the customer lifecycle. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and shared success.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing global demand generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop team members' skills and capabilities to drive career growth and succession planning.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI on demand generation activities. Provide transparent reporting on budget utilization and performance.

You Have:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in global demand generation for a B2B SaaS company.
  • ABM and PLG Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and executing ABM and PLG strategies, resulting in measurable growth and engagement.
  • Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset that can translate business goals into effective demand generation strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working across functions.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in leveraging data and analytics tools to make informed decisions and optimize performance, including pipeline analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with both online and field marketing
  • Solid understanding of the martech stack and how it can be leveraged to deliver a customer's first experience.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills to communicate, influence, and effectively convey information at all levels of the organization
