About This Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Titan, you’ll play a key role in shaping our product experience. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, brand, and investor relations teams to craft thoughtful, high-impact designs that elevate both user experience and business success.You’ll lead the design process for key product areas—taking features from ideation to execution, conducting research, prototyping, and ensuring top-tier design quality. You’ll also contribute to building a strong design culture, refining processes, and advocating for user insights across the organization.Our team is collaborative, low-ego, and people-first.
We’re looking for designers who are excited to drive impact, elevate our design standards, and grow alongside a passionate team.
What You’ll Do
- Own the design process for a product area, from concept through execution.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand our clients’ needs.
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to bring ideas to life.
- Contribute to strategic product decisions and help evolve our design system.
- Mentor and collaborate with fellow designers to elevate team-wide execution.
- Help shape Titan’s design culture, process, and best practices.
What You Bring
- 4–5+ years of experience in Product Design.
- Strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
- Experience designing for consumer-facing mobile and web products.
- Interest in AI and how it can enhance user experiences through personalization, automation, or new interaction paradigms.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools like Principle or Origami.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Passion for fintech and creating user-friendly financial experiences.
- Strong eye for visual polish and interaction details.
- Interest in shaping design culture and team processes.

Compensation Range: $150K - $210K
