Emergency Medical Technician (North Scottsdale)

Skills/Requirements


This position is a blend of clinical EMT responsibilities and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and possess strong reasoning skills. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively support both patient care and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide EMT support as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Assist with checking in patients and verifying necessary documentation.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • Serve as a key administrative contact for patient inquiries and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  • Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Uphold a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients.

Qualifications:


  • Must have graduated from an accredited Emergency Medical Technician training program and hold a valid certification.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Experience in both clinical and administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong leadership abilities.
