The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling travel logistics, expense management, and traveler support.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Manage end-to-end global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation.Ensure compliance with company travel policies and optimize travel costs.Coordinate with travel agencies and service providers to ensure cost-effective and seamless travel experiences.Maintain travel records, track expenses, and process reimbursements.Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety protocols.Handle last-minute travel changes and emergency travel assistance.Utilize corporate travel tools such as Concur, Egencia, SAP Travel Management, or similar platforms for booking and expense tracking.Provide real-time support for urgent travel changes, cancellations, or disruptions.Keep travelers informed about visa requirements, travel restrictions, and international protocols.Provide administrative assistance to senior management and teams as required.Organize meetings, maintain calendars, and handle correspondence if needed.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in corporate travel coordination or administration.Proficiency in travel management tools (e.g., Concur, Egencia, SAP Travel, Amadeus, or similar).Strong knowledge of visa processes & international travel regulations)Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?  Zinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation.
