Role Responsibilities


The Coordinator, Digital Accounts provides operational support to the Nettwerk digital commerce team, which focuses on developing and implementing  streaming, retail marketing, and promotional strategies that drive artist growth on commercial platforms. This role collaborates closely with  A&R, Marketing, PR, Operations, and artist management teams  to support Nettwerk releases across North America, APAC, and LatAm.

What you'll do


  • Manage and lead digital pitching assets collection for specific artist communities, and coordinate internal pitching documents
  • Coordinate and support the team in APAC, LatAm and North America on DSP pitching
  • Coordinate with artists / mgmt. teams to maintain artists profiles on DSP’s
  • Monitor playlist adds & retail marketing updates across assigned community and/or accounts
  • Share on platform placement updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Become a go-to resource and support for managing daily tasks at digital accounts
  • Liaise with teams in Marketing, Operations and A&R on collecting assets and information

Role Requirements


  • 1–2 years of DSP platform or commercial accounts experience at a recorded music label
  • Knowledge of music release strategies and digital distribution
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong writing ability, including concise track/album/ campaign overviews and elevator pitches
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Results-driven and creative mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Google suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in streaming and promotion
  • Professional English and Spanish are required; Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
