This role involves commissioning, installation, troubleshooting, and on-site technical support while managing key aspects of program execution and continuous process improvement.As a key member of InductEV’s Customer Success Launch Team, this individual will collaborate with internal teams to refine deployment strategies, optimize system performance, and enhance operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, Commissioning & Field Support
- Configure and commission InductEV’s wireless EV charging systems at various locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and electrical issues with charging equipment and vehicle integration.
- Conduct system diagnostics, quality assurance, and root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, third-party contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure all field deployments comply with OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E standards, and local electrical safety codes, maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel.
Program & Project Management
- Oversee field deployment projects, ensuring seamless execution and on-site implementation.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and customer teams to align technical execution with program goals.
- Assist in refining best practices, training materials, and process documentation for improved efficiency.
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
- Work closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and accurate shipping of materials and equipment to customer sites.
- Track shipments and verify that necessary tools, parts, and systems arrive on time for deployments.
- Communicate with vendors and logistics partners to prevent delays and resolve material shortages.
Regulatory & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate UL inspections and ensure regulatory compliance for system installations.
- Work with internal teams to ensure equipment and deployments meet UL, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in EVSE commissioning, automotive manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, networking configurations, and software diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with system installations and infrastructure deployment.
- Experience in program and project management, with the ability to oversee field execution and process optimization.
- Familiarity with logistics, material tracking, and working with Supply Chain teams to support deployments.
- Knowledge of UL certification requirements and experience coordinating compliance inspections.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and deployment locations.
