THE POSITION
Hiring Immediately: Victory Home Remodeling is looking for a Business Affairs & Culture Specialist—a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, purpose, and culture. This individual will serve as the heartbeat of our office operations while also playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team by leading initial interviews
to determine cultural fit
with all new candidates. You’ll work closely with our business manager and TA department to ensure you have the resources, tools, and training to ensure we meet our hiring goals and office needs. Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Administrative Support
-Greet visitors, prospective employees, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism. -Oversee office organization, including maintaining supplies, ordering Victory swag, and ensuring a welcoming and productive workspace. -Assist the People Experience department with managing select territory events, including on the ground ownership over event logistics and run of show. -Assist with home show preparation, ensuring materials and equipment are organized and up to date.
Cultural Interview Ownership
Conduct
first-round cultural interviews
for all new candidates in your territory, ensuring alignment with Victory’s core values and high-performance culture. Deliver a scripted, high-energy presentation on Victory’s
purpose, mission, and growth opportunities
, ensuring candidates leave inspired and excited about their potential future with the company. Assess candidates not just for qualifications, but for their ability to thrive within Victory’s fast-paced, purpose-driven culture. Serve as a brand ambassador—sharing our story, values, and vision in a way that excites and attracts top talent. Work closely with hiring managers and the talent team manager to identify strong culture fits and ensure a seamless handoff to second-stage interviews.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-4 years of administrative, office management, or HR-related experience (preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment). Experience in recruitment, interviewing, or talent acquisition is aplus.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creativity:
A passion for creative design and problem-solving, with an understanding of design trends, consumer behavior, and branding.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and clients. #ind-c$55,000 - $75,000 a year
