A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a junior level Technical Specialist to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The qualified candidate for this on-site position will be responsible for daily warehouse functions for the Terminal Second Level Engineering (TSLE) team to include Inventory, Data Entry and Shipping & Receiving.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work specifically with the TSLE team performing warehouse duties with the following functions:
- Ability to work/interact with people on a daily basis.
- Ability to work within a group and individually.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the due date.
- Ability to multi-task and support team members.
- Ability to support tasks in the areas of Inventory, Data Entry and Shipping & Receiving.
- Ability to execute procedures against the inventory management system.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs individually or more with help.
- Take direction and initiative with the ability to provide direction and training when needed.
- Set up basic equipment such as PCs, monitors, laptops and printers (deliver/plug in with no technical setup) when needed.
- Local travel between WJHTC buildings which are all within ¼ mile of main work location.
- Desk/lab located at the William J. Hughes Technical Center or a local off-site facility.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Required:
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Windows and Outlook (email client).
- Ability to work in warehouse environment (Inventory, Data Entry, Shipping/Receiving).
- Ability to follow procedures.
Preferred:
- All of the required knowledge plus experience with Teams.
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of related database experience OR
- Associate degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience.
Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education, and references is also required.
