Summary
We are looking for technical writers to join our Project Management Office team that would work alongside IT security professionals to help strengthen quality, uniformity and accuracy of deliverables and publications for all our professional services. The candidate would be brought in to learn about computer security concepts and topics and vulgarize them for various audiences, from technical clerks to C-level executives, by producing and reviewing a variety of documents and material.
Fonctions et responsabilitésThe incumbent is responsible for the following:
- Participate in the creation, development or review of a variety of documents such as:
- Technical reports;
- Proposals;
- White papers;
- Training material.
- Maintain and continuously improve the content of our internal finding repository;
- Ensure the quality, consistency and accuracy of highly technical deliverables
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors or college degree of technical writer or other relevant degree in communications;
- Superior knowledge of English and French languages;
- Experience in research, analysis, and communications;
- Experience in writing and delivery of technical documents;
- Aptitude for technical understanding;
- Ability to translate technical terms into popular terms;
- High interest in learning about cybersecurity topics such as Ethical Hacking and Security Architecture;
- Knowledge of concepts and sensitivity to IS/IT security and network security software and appliances would be an asset.
