How You Will Make an Impact
Planning & Forecasting:
- Assist in all aspects of the planning and forecasting process
- Work closely with department planners and sales teams
- Prepare input templates and conduct allocations/reclassifications monthly
- Maintain rolling forecasts, design planning assumptions, and update the system as business needs evolve.
- Manage budgeting system user access
- Provide system/process training
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in planning system
- Assist with month-end close procedures related to operational reporting
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Execute management reporting cadence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for revenue, operating costs, cash flow, and balance sheet items
- Consolidate data from multiple departments and monitor budget/forecast variances.
- Analyze and communicate financial trends and variances to leadership
- Develop and maintain sales models to enhance decision-making
- Be hands-on with data and report design
Business Partnership & Process Improvement:
- Work with department leaders to enhance revenue projections and financial analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial workflows.
- Support companywide projects related to new reports, systems, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with strategic initiatives.
- Provide financial training and guidance to non-finance stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table
- Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Systems, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification (preferred but not required), Internal Auditing and/or consulting a plus
- Work Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of managerial and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with financial data, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience developing Excel financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EPM/Fusion preferred)
- Familiarity with SOPs and runbooks
- Prior experience training team members on planning processes and/or systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with department leaders
