Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No Remote Work)
Salary: $56,000 Annually

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team to support the cleaning and maintenance recruitment efforts for schools. This is an on-site position where the recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring staff to ensure our schools are properly staffed and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize ADP for recruitment and HR functions, including job posting, candidate screening, and reporting
- Post job openings across various job boards and recruitment platforms
- Conduct background checks and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company
- Maintain and update Excel reports to track hiring progress, processes, and procedures
- Attend job fairs and explore other recruitment avenues to identify top talent
- Work independently in an office environment while assisting with HR tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of ADP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to write, read, and communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to attend job fairs and seek new recruitment sources
- On-site availability at the office located at 104 North 63rd Street
- Prior experience in recruiting for maintenance or school cleaning positions is a plus, but not required
