Full-timeDescriptionJob Title: Branch ManagerDepartment: OperationsReports to: Operations ManagerFLSA Status: ExemptThe individual in this position should be competent, experienced, personable, a problem solver, reliable, ethical, and able to adapt to the pressures of effectively managing its branch and daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Direct all operational aspects including delivery, warehouse operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Assisting to develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics as set by Management.
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Share knowledge with other branches and teammates on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking are occasionally required.
- Talking, hearing, and seeing with close visual acuity are frequently required.
- Keying data is repetitive motion and is frequently required.
- The position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
- Occasional exposure to other worksites that require personal protective equipment.
- Driving to customers locations and branches is required.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Implements strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
- Proven branch management experience in the Heavy-duty Parts industry or similar role is required
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
