Role Mission:

 As a Property Manager (Rental) working for Rhodes you will use exceptional communication skills with our vendors and residents to ensure and maintain resident satisfaction. In this role you will report to the Director of Property Management while assisting residents in a timely, competent, and courteous manner with any problems, questions, or service orders. You will be responsible for running the rental property to which you are assigned including upholding Landlord Rules and Regulations, planning and overseeing community events and managing community budgets. You are part of the Property & Services team and have an exciting opportunity to support the accomplishment of our organizational purpose to create beautifully engaging communities.

  • % Community Satisfaction Score
  • % Rental Survey Score
  • Community Service Order Aging Average
  • % of Rental payments collected within 30 days
  • % of Rental units Occupied

Accountabilities:


  • Responsible for making sure all members of the HOA follow the covenants and restrictions.
  • Ensuring all resident requests are answered and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for following the budget of their assigned community(ies).
  • Manages Property Management software.
  • Respond/resolve all complaints and service requests entered by residents.
  • Responsible for resident rental payment aging.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:


  • High School Graduate and have a minimum of 3 years of current or recent experience in a property management position with 1 – 2 years in association management is preferred. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems 
  • Possess time management skills 
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented 
  • Problem solving ability 
  • Ability to multi-task and remain focused 
  • Ability to maintain calm in a high stress environment
