About the role:
Currently, we’ve got two exciting Product Manager opportunities! One role is in our Premium Growth charter, where you’ll help make it easier for customers to bind, purchase, and activate their insurance. The other is in First Connect, a platform with a powerful comparative rater that lets insurance agents enter data once and instantly get multiple quotes for their clients. In both roles, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to research, build, and launch impactful solutions.
What will you do?
- You'll define and execute the product strategy and roadmap and communicate it effectively to stakeholders.
- You'll own the entire discovery-to-delivery cycle – spotting user pain points, researching solutions, testing them out, and getting them live.
- You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, insurance, and operations teams to bring products and features from concept to adoption.
- You'll use qualitative research and data analysis, market trends, and user insights to make smart, informed decisions every day.
- You'll make sure features are delivered on time, meet stakeholder needs, and bring real business value.
- You'll keep leadership in the loop with regular updates on progress, wins, and challenges.
- You'll set clear goals and KPIs to measure success and keep things moving in the right direction.
We might be a match if you…
- Have at least 4 years of product management experience, including complete ownership of a backlog.
- Have a solid track record of launching products or features that made a real impact on both users and business.
- Know how to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Are curious, self-motivated and passionate about finding and solving problems. Willing to roll up your sleeves to directly execute.
- Have strong, practical data analytics skills including SQL, BI-tool dashboards, excel workflows, etc.
- Use data – both quantitative and qualitative, to guide your decisions.
- Understand how software is built and have a solid grasp of SDLC.
- Know your way around agile development (whether it’s SCRUM, XP, or something else) and believe in shipping incrementally rather than waiting for big monthly releases.
- Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball and communicate clearly with both tech and non-tech teams.
- Have a great command of English (both written & spoken).
- Are available in the afternoons – we prioritize everyone’s personal time and work-life fit, but since we work in multinational teams, occasional evening meetings may be necessary to ensure smooth communication across time zones.
