FIGS is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our hiring needs across all functions, including marketing, product creation, business operations and retail. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. We are looking for a proactive, engaged recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple teams and functions.
- Source, identify, and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Screen candidates thoroughly to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide regular updates to Director, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on search progress, active pipeline and candidate feedback.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate recruitment, with success hiring across multiple functions
- Commitment to 20-24 hours per week for the 4-month duration
- Ability to start mid-April through mid-August
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (Greenhouse highly preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

Pay Range
- This role's hourly rate is between $50-60/hr. Actual hourly rate is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
