You will serve as a strategic advisor assisting with the optimization of their carrier strategy within the Extensiv suite. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be commercially minded and operationally strong. We're looking for a creative entrepreneurial leader who can drive a win/win outcome.
Our customers saving money in their parcel and carrier strategy and Extensiv referring business to its carrier partners.What You'll be Doing:
- Identify opportunities to encourage the adoption of small parcel suite and carrier partners.
- Leverage your network of Customer Success Managers to develop relationships within our customer base.
- Develop subject matter expertise in the small parcel strategies of our customer base and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Partner with our marketing team as new features become available to expand the target market scope.
- Support the client by acting as the voice of the customer and identifying product support and development needs.
- Analyze perspective customers' carrier statements and assistin the overall pricing strategy.
- Work closely with our product team to deliver feedback on our product and design improvements as needed.
What You’ll Need to be Successful:
- Experience in the 3PL carrier and parcel industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience selling to “C” level executives.
- Great communication and presentation skills as you will be working closely with our customers.
- Highly motivated and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
- Empathetic - you want to help and serve our customers to become Extensiv champions.
- Comfortable with change, experimenting, and trying new ideas.

The salary range for this position is $66,900 to $86,900 before commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
