So, what’s the role all about?
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team and drive complex, end-to-end projects that deliver impactful solutions. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in transforming strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring seamless execution across the organization.As part of your role, you will work collaboratively with engineers, architects, managers, and vendors to deliver high-quality projects that align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
How will you make an impact?
- Define project scopes by understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable high-level and detailed technical plans.
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, executive summaries, and plans, including high-level and low-level designs as needed.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with objectives and priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, fostering strong relationships and driving results effectively.
- Lead vendor management, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless integration into the broader organizational framework.
- Harness Agile methodologies to ensure smooth workflows, efficient resource allocation, and timely project delivery.
- Leverage knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to guide project implementation and resolve technical challenges.
- Motivate, align, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within defined timelines and budgets.
- Plan quarterly objectives with fellow team members, ensuring proper capacity planning by balancing requirements against available resources.
Have you got what it takes?
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in enterprise environments, successfully leading projects end-to-end.
- Strong ability to transform business requirements into structured and clear technical plans.
- Solid expertise in project planning, including the creation of timelines, detailed designs, and high-level architecture overviews.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to engage stakeholders and foster teamwork effectively.
- Experience managing vendors and ensuring deliverables align with business needs and organizational standards.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and methodologies.
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
