We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive operational excellence across multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. In this role, you'll manage product development initiatives that shape the future of omnichannel fulfillment for our thriving 3PL customers, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality and high value deliverables. 
Collaborating closely with design, engineering, product managers, and business stakeholders, you will leverage your technical expertise and operational rigor to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and maintain clear communication across teams. As a team leader, you'll foster collaboration and remove roadblocks to keep the team aligned and productive.The ideal candidate embodies our core values of Humble, Hungry, and Smart—a proactive problem solver who drives accountability and fosters a culture of excellence. This position is based in our Sandy, UT office.Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams and leadership to define deliverables aligned with company milestones and strategy.

  • Drive collaboration between engineering, product, design, and other teams to resolve dependencies and achieve project success.

  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks that could impact timelines or quality.

  • Work with Product Management to define scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with quarterly objectives.

  • Implement and refine development processes to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve delivery predictability.

  • Coordinate release activities, ensuring proper integration and thorough testing before deployment.

  • Lead effective standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and alignment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management within software development environments.

  • Strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective success.

  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and taking on new challenges.

  • Excellent people skills with the ability to navigate complex team dynamics and communicate effectively across all levels.

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and technical best practices.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Pendo).

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven track record managing programs with multiple engineering teams simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
