Job Description:

Provide sustainment and supply chain expertise to the F-35 Joint Program Office’s (JPO) Global Sustainment Operations Division to execute 24/7/365 worldwide integrated sustainment support to meet F-35 readiness requirements.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct analysis of F-35 supply chain data and supply chain processes
  • Manage F-35 supply chain planning and execution
  • Collaborate with key F-35 stakeholders, including weapon system original equipment manufacturers, to integrate sustainment strategies and policies
  • Evaluate digital collaboration tools to enhance operations and streamline processes to optimize sustainment support

Requirements


  • BA/BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields (An additional four (4) years of directly related work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree)
  • SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SAR
  • Six (6) years’ experience in supply chain planning, sustainment process execution, and lifecycle management for defense or weapon systems
  • Supply chain transportation and distribution expertise
  • Knowledge of digital collaboration tools, data analysis, and process improvement techniques that support sustainment operations
  • Ability to assess and optimize digital tools and technical products to enhance collaboration and standardize sustainment processes
  • Ability to communicate technical insights and recommendations effectively across diverse teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to execute integrated sustainment strategies
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Program Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project)
  • Ability to travel, including internationally, approximately 10-15% of the time

  • Knowledge of F-35 sustainment and readiness requirements
  • Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Life Cycle Logistics Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
