Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ConnectWise, Power BI, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role analyzes data, develops reports, and provides insights to drive business decisions. The Data Analyst will work closely with multiple departments to optimize business processes and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including ConnectWise, to provide actionable insights.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities for business improvement.
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Generate ad hoc reports and perform deep-dive analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data collection, reporting, and analysis.
- Provide training and support to team members on data reporting tools and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or finance setting.
- Proficiency in ConnectWise and Power BI is required.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization techniques is a plus.
Pay: $1,500 to $1,900 per month.
