Position Description
Accelerate your career by playing a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations. This role will be a key contributor to the month end process through reconciliations, flux analysis, and financial reporting. The ability to understand business needs and proactively communicate is fundamental to success in this position. This role is for self-starters that thrive in having ownership over their responsibilities and show no fear in shaking up a process to enable greater efficiency and accuracy.

Principle duties and responsibilities:
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage month end responsibilities to achieve a 5-day close
- Handle cash application tasks
- Collaborate on collections and accounts receivable management
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency
- Shape accounting controls and procedures in compliance with GAAP
Requirements
- 0.5 to 2 years of post-graduation experience
- High energy and motivation
- Previous experience working with a General Ledger system
- Career-oriented with a strong desire for growth and professional development
- Organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive problem solver
- Relevant Degree
