The successful candidate will be required to work on multiple client accounts with existing and future web properties. Absolute majority of those properties use English as their only or default language.
What You'll Be Doing
- Auditing websites to find technical, content and design optimization opportunities to improve search visibility and user experience
- Performing keyword research to provide user insights and optimize websites in line with business objectives and KPIs
- Researching content ideas to drive more organic traffic to web properties
- Crafting clear and concise content briefs, ensuring content is optimized for SEO best practices and aligned with user intent
- Performing SEO-focused analysis around industry, competitors and search trends to influence strategy development and implementation
- Working closely with content, outreach, design and technical teams to align on goals and objectives
- Collecting data, analyzing the insights and reporting on SEO visibility, traffic, rankings, conversions and other aspects
What We Expect
- Previous experience in a hands-on SEO role with strong competency across on-page and technical SEO factors
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to independently manage SEO campaigns from start to finish, taking full ownership of project results and success
- Ability to develop and execute industry-leading SEO strategies for clients and internal projects that align with business objectives
- Being curious and knowledgeable about the future of search, including emerging platforms like AI chatbots and evolving search trends
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong ownership, project management and communication abilities
- Willingness to serve as a client facing subject matter expert

Compensation: 2455 - 3637 Eur (Gross)The position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. International candidates are welcome to apply; however, possessing EU residency status or an EU work permit is a mandatory requirement.
