Provide technical cloud advisment and leadership to the customer base. “Operations Team” Tier 2Managing team ticket queue   • Team lead regarding a Web Collaboration Tool• Develop user reference library regarding Amazon Web Services (AWS), including quality control• Develop a system administration reference guide and continuously monitor standard operating procedures regarding Amazon Web Services (AWS), including quality control• Assist with development within Amazon Web Services (AWS) multiple environments• Work with Agency Security on Services, Permissions for newly released services within Amazon Web Services (AWS)• Analyzing mission requests and directing accordingly• Followed standard operating procedures to identify and troubleshoot network issues for immediate resolution• Troubleshooting activities and resolving system issues within Amazon Web Services (AWS) on multiple environments“Architecture Team”• Assist future requests on services within multiple Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments• Research and development of new processes for team and users• Work with Agency Security on Services, Permissions for new released services within Amazon Web Services (AWS)
