We help knowledge workers to work smarter.We are looking for a talented Cloud Development Team Lead (based in Finland) to join our team and drive our cloud initiatives forward.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and inspire team members, provide line management and mentorship.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, and the ability to facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to identify and resolve conflicts within the team and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using agile project management tools like Jira and a solid understanding of software development processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, both for the team and the individual.
- Azure Expertise: Experience working with Azure as the primary cloud environment, including knowledge of Azure services and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using agile project management tools like Jira.
- Solid understanding of software development processes.
- Experience working with Azure as the primary cloud environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts within the team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
- Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
