This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving the adoption of digital assets in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities


  • Market Research and Opportunity Analysis
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging industries for digital asset adoption.
  • Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to enhance NDAX’s competitive edge.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify potential leads, conduct outreach, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns and presentations tailored to potential clients.
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Establish partnerships with financial institutions, businesses, and blockchain projects to expand NDAX’s network and user base.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration and Reporting
  • Work closely with the product and operations teams to align client needs with NDAX’s offerings.
  • Provide regular updates on business development activities, including pipeline progress, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries).
  • Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development goals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems proactively.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
