We are looking for a Mid Market Account Manager to join our Sales team.
In this farmer role, you will be responsible for building and executing the strategy to expand existing customers and renew annual contracts within assigned accounts. We are looking for someone with a strong sales hustle who likes to be a part of building out a new team. A self starter with a roll up your sleeves start up mindset. Someone who thrives in being a part of expanding the customer install base through new products and increased usage. Problem solving mentality and enjoys developing strategies to drive revenue acceleration.
This position requires occasional travel to attend trade shows, meet customers, and build relationships. This is an individual contributor role. Hybrid working environment, Boston, MA
As our Mid Market Account Manager, you will:
- Orchestrate the strategy for expansion and renewal key customer contracts of $25k-$200k in committed annual revenue.
- Establish executive relationships within customer accounts. Become a subject matter expert in online notarization, eSignature, and Identity.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans.
- Professionally manage daily deal progression activities with a sense of urgency.
- Lead the review and negotiation of contractual agreements in partnership with Legal.
- Perform business reporting and forecasting duties within Salesforce and other company systems
- Communicate effectively in writing leveraging Slack, Google Suite, and email.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and other teams outside of Sales to improve our company and take advantage of market opportunities.
As our Mid Market Account Manager, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or experience equivalent)
- 3 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
- The desire for feedback and coaching.
- Tremendous business acumen and judgment.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.

$160,000 - $250,000 a yearThis is the expected total cash compensation range for this position. The salary offered within this range will be determined based on factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience and location. The total compensation package for this role includes base pay, commissions, the benefits listed above, and equity.
