Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Talent Sourcing & Pipelining:
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions.

Employer Branding:
Enhance the company’s employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing and social media engagement.

Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Market Insights & Data-Driven Hiring:

Qualifications & Experience:
🔹 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Food & Beverage.🔹 Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and AI-driven recruitment tools.🔹 Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, interview techniques, and labor laws.🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.🔹 Passionate about talent acquisition trends, employer branding, and recruitment analytics.
