As Lead, HR Ops , you will:
- Manage key HR systems, including Rippling, ADP, Google Workspace, Vanguard, Slack, Zoom, and UberEats/Grubhub.
- Oversee team gift ordering, travel bookings, and meal arrangements.
- Fully own onboarding processes: New hire communication, preboarding and other onboarding support.
- Support offboarding processes and ensure all Systems are regularly updated and reconciled.
- Track IT equipment inventory and allocations, ensuring proper receipt and retrieval.
- Manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection, invoice management, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the HR team to address operational needs and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate HR processes to enhance efficiency and overall employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, assist in HR reporting, and track key HR metrics.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems (Rippling, ADP).
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
NOTE: You will be required to work from 8am to 4pm US Eastern Time
