You’ll collaborate closely with the founders and engineers to translate complex challenges into elegant, user-centric solutions. As a Product Designer at Zucca, you’ll…
- Lead end-to-end design – Own the entire design process from concept to implementation, ensuring seamless and thoughtful user experiences.
- Understand users and business needs – Deeply research user behaviors, pain points, and goals to inform design strategy and improve overall experience.
- Solve complex design challenges – Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to develop intuitive and effective solutions.
- Create innovative, frictionless experiences – Design intuitive, AI-powered interactions that simplify complex workflows in the context of existing processes.
- Translate insights into design – Design and build interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate based on feedback and user testing.
- Deliver high-quality UI/UX – Develop innovative, high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Support brand and marketing efforts – Design digital, print, and physical materials for product launches, lifecycle marketing, fundraising pitches, and external communications.
- Take ownership and influence decisions – Lead design projects from concept to implementation that will drive deep engagement and company value props
- Work cross-functionally – Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and other teams to align on goals and ensure a seamless, user-centered design process.
This job might be for you if you have...
- 6+ years of proven experience as a UX/Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Centered Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, is a major plus
- Strong expertise in Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Curiosity and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and industry best practices.
- Strong visual communication skills, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and applying brand consistency throughout product and marketing materials.
- Bias for action in a fast-paced, iterative environment; comfortable with ambiguity, async collaboration, and Slack-heavy communication
- A positive, problem-solving mindset with a drive to take initiative and work effectively in a team.
- An openness to staying up to date on, experimenting with, and using high-leverage AI design tools
