- QA manager with around 15+ years of experience to lead QA practice.
- Well experienced in BFSI domains and enterprise level applications testing.
- Ability to Test & deliver various products and services implementations with highest quality standards.
- Ensure Compliance - Conduct regular Audits, review deliverables, get buy-in from key stakeholders as and when required.
- Able to device and own all QA documentations - Test plan, Test strategy, and all other test deliverables based on project needs.
- Well versed with industry best practices within the QA domain in an agile environment.
- Hands on experience on various Test / Project management and Automation tools.
- Manage multiple projects, tracking deliverables, team performances, Audits, measuring KPIs / SLAs, quantitative feedback & analysis.
- Able to create a vision for delivery excellence and growth within Testing CoE for team members, leadership and customers, being a single point of contact.
- Support in capability building, POCs and pre sales as and when required.
- Able to demonstrate Thought Leadership within the QA domain.
- Plan and optimize resources.
Qualifications:
- Experience in testing APIs
- Knowledge on Performance testing
- Knowledge on Security testing
- Knowledge on Writing complex Database queries and Data analysis skills
- Knowledge in Selenium Grid and TestNG framework.
- Good to have ISTQB certification or an equivalent.
- Experience in Automation & Manual Testing
- Implement automation using Selenium WebDriver, JAVA,Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Maven
- Experience in Selenium Test Environment Setup (CI/CD)
